Rachel Rogers Counseling PLLC

Hi there, I'm Rachel. I have a private practice in the small town of Lenoir, NC. I have been in mental health for over twenty years, most recently as Clinical Director of a local group practice. I currently work with adults, teens, adolescents, and children who are experiencing trauma, mental health symptoms, neurodivergence, adjustment issues, transitions, and other life concerns. I offer individual, couple, and family counseling for anyone who is willing to embrace a new perspective, and consider putting in the work it takes to better themselves, their marriage, and their relationships. My approach is grounded in a strengths focused, person-centered nature, complemented with eclectic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Expressive Arts, Narrative Therapy, as well as CBT, DBT, and EFT. I believe each person is unique, and together we will create a plan that fits your individual circumstances and needs. I offer empathy and compassion to my clients from the perspective of someone who has worked through my own journey of trauma and recovery. This allows me the unique ability to bring a greater level of awareness and insight into the therapeutic relationship. I'm here to walk with you along your path towards growth, personal development, and healing.
